10 Days

Day 1 :

Arrival Cape Town On arrival at Cape Town. Transfer to the hotel in Cape Town. After checking into your hotel relax. Acclamatise the weather and stay put. Overnight at the hotel in Cape Town.

Day 2 :

Cape Town – Table Mountain After breakfast depart on a half-day Mother City tour.

  • Visit the scenic coastal drive through Clifton & Sea Point & later visit the Houses of Parliament, the Castle, the SA Museum, and a few other historical sights District Six, Bo-Kaap, Slave Lodge & ending at the bustling Greenmarket Square.

  • A cable car ride takes you up the Table Mountain (If the weather permitting) or visits Signal Hill for a breathtaking view over the city.

  • Evening visit Seal Island is a small land mass located 5.7 kilometres off the northern beaches of False Bay, near Cape Town in South Africa. The island is so named because of the great number of Cape fur seals that occupy it. It is 5 acres in area and home to 64,000 cape fur seals.

  • Back to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel in Cape Town.

Day 3 :

  • Cape Peninsula Tour with Simons Town. This great tour shows you the best of the spectacular Cape Peninsula and why it is called the Fairest Cape.
  • Travel past Sea Point and Camps Bay, past the famous beaches of Clifton and Llandudno towards Hout Bay.
  • Drive along the Atlantic Seaboard. Pass through Noordhoek and Scarborough.
  • Later you will take to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. Enjoy the funicular ride aboard the “Flying Dutchman and enjoy the unforgettable views.
  • Visit the beautiful Boulders Beach, and have the option to sit among the famous colony of Jackass Penguins. Thereafter we enjoy the naval port of Simon’s Town and know about the legend of “Able Seaman Just Nuisance the Great Dane Dog that was inducted in Royal Navy. Return to the hotel and overnight at the hotel in Cape Town.

  • After breakfast visit to Robben Island is an island in Table Bay, 6.9 kilometers west of the coast of Bloubergstrand, north of Cape Town, South Africa. It takes its name from the Dutch word for seals, hence the Dutch/Afrikaans name Robbeneisland, which translates to Seal Island.
  • Afternoon free for individual activities. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Check out of the hotel in Cape Town and transfer to the airport for your flight back to Johannesburg. Upon arrival in Johannesburg, transfer to the Kruger which is around a five hr drive from Johannesburg.

  • The Kruger National Park is a home to different mammal, bird and plant species. The focus is on interpretive game viewing with the knowledge and experience of your guide sure to enhance the safari experience. Check in to your lodge near the park. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Kruger.

Day 6 :

  • Full day game drive In the morning.
  • Depart for a safari in an area of the Southern Kruger National Park. The different ecological areas, ranging from river brush to open savannah support an abundance of wildlife. Sightings of the large game, most notably the Big Five is sure to be an experience not to be forgotten. The lion, buffalo, elephant, leopard and rhino are amongst the world’s most graceful and imposing mammals and the two million hectares Kruger National Park is a refuge where these magnificent creatures can still roam free untouched by time and humanity. During the late afternoon, embark on a night drive accompanied by a Kruger Park Ranger. After sundown overlooking the African bush, the safari focuses on viewing the animals as they go about their daily lives. Watch the small cat species the Lion and Leopard as they ready themselves for the hunt are sure to be amongst the highlights. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 7 :

Drive to Joburg In the morning depart for a game drive in this wilderness area followed by breakfast and some time for relaxation. Then, embark on the long but return journey to Johannesburg via the national highway. Transfer to hotel in Joburg and overnight stay.

Day 8 :

Cradle of Mankind The Cradle of Humankind is a UNESCO World Heritage Site that features 300 limestone caves and a large collection of human and animal fossils. The name "Cradle of Humankind" refers to the region in South Africa where human life originated, and the oldest evidence of human ancestors dates back millions of years. Overnight stay at Johanessburg.

Day 9 :

Lesedi cultural village & Apartheid Museum.

  • After breakfast visit Lesedi cultural village.
  • Later proceed to Apartheids museum. Here you will find historical information in this formidable museum on the road to Freedom in South Africa.
  • Return and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 10 :

Johannesburg – Departure After breakfast, transfer to the Johannesburg airport for your flight back home.
